What is it?
A fully funded 10 week programme, delivered by industry professionals.
You’ll learn a whole host of new skills while also getting an insight into the world of work - including how to start your own business.
Only 15 spaces available.
Delivered 4 days/week over 10 weeks, you’ll cover a different topic each week. At the end, you’ll leave with a host of new skills ready for your next career step.

Idea generation, sales and marketing strategies, use of technology and AI, website building and introduction to XR/AR/VR technologies, content creation, how to use data effectively, preparation for interviews, work placement, pitch and presentation skills, career development and next steps.

Who is it for?
Designed for individuals over 19 years of age, based in Wales and not currently in education or training.
Ideal for anyone wanting to explore new career options and ideas without jumping into a long course or a full time role (and you can get paid up to £1,500 for taking part).

The course will start on Monday 12th May 2025.
Running Monday - Thursday for 10 weeks.

Yes, completing the course will provide you with a level 2 qualification - in addition to all the practical skills. you’ll learn during the course.

Nothing - the course is fully funded, however there are only 15 spaces available.

Yes, if you'r eligible, you not only receive the course fully funded, but get paid £150/week for 10 weeks to take part.

Participants can be from anywhere in Wales, the course will be delivered from TownSq HQ in Ystrad Mynach, Caerphilly.

The candidate cannot complete an intensive programme without intervention and support; for e.g. weekly training allowance for full-time intensive programmes (£150 per week) and access to barriers funding to support transport and childcare costs. Seeking to upskill / reskill to enter a priority sector with known skills gaps or shortages
